^{D-FENDER 6-20} So called because it uses 6 anchor bolts and has a large case hardened 20mm diameter shackle.

As mentioned on our welcome page maximum security for motorcycles, quad bikes etc is achieved with our concrete fitting ground anchors the Y anchor ^original  and  Y-max⁹⁰. However for some, fitting a concrete fixing ground anchor may not be an option (rented accommodation etc) that’s why we have introduced the D-FENDER 6-20

 Because bolt down security anchors depend entirely upon the bolts integrity to withstand attack we have designed ours with 6 x M10 shield anchor fixing bolts increasing the anchorage to the concrete. (three times more secure than that of a two bolt fixing ground anchor)

          

The 10mm base plate measures 150mm x 175mm (Almost 6 by 7 inches) designed wider than the shackle to increase resistance from side-on attacks.

The hinged design gives it the smallest amount of ridged surface area to encounter attack plus makes it less obtrusive when not in use.

The 80mm x 85mm chain access will accommodate the largest of the security chains that are out on the market today.

Ideal for motorcycle transportion companies, motorcross/enduro events etc.

The D-FENDER TRANSIT 20 security anchorage kit is designed to fit into vans, pick ups, trailers by using 4 x 100mm security anchor bolts (steel ball security inserts included) The long 320mm base plate spreads the tension across the interior floor of the vehicle.

A strong backing plate fits to the underside of the vehicle (with four fixed nuts for external security)

Large 20mm diameter shackle (case hardened)

The hinged design gives it the smallest amount of ridged surface area to encounter attack plus makes it less obtrusive when not in use

 D-FENDER SHED 20  SECURITY ANCHOR

 

                 

                                   

The D-FENDER SHED 20 security anchorage kit is designed to fit on to sheds that have wooden flooring by using 4 x 50mm security anchor bolts (steel ball security inserts included)

Ideal security for Motorcycles, Quad bikes, Ride on mowers, Machinery etc.

The long 320mm base plate spreads the tension across more of the shed floor timbers from the topside similar to the ^{TRANSIT 20} but instead the backing plate has been replaced with a 1.2M (almost 4 ft) angled bar that fits to the underside of the shed floor (with fixed nuts for external security)

The longer 1.2M backing plate means almost the whole length of the shed floor would have to be ripped out to remove the anchor plus when a motorcycle is parked above it makes it almost impossible to remove without cutting a large section of the floor away with a circular power saw.

Easy to install on new build sheds as the anchor can be attached prior to erecting.

For assembled sheds the shed has to be tilted at one side, enough to hold the underside security bar in place while a second person fits the bolts from inside the shed. This is a simple task as long as the shed is well chocked.
